Tollywood actress Shalu Chaurasiya was injured in an acttack by an unidentified person near KBR park in the Tony Banjara hills on Sunday night .

The young actors was attacked and her Mobile phone snatched away when.she was taking a stroll around 8-30.
She completed to the public that a man Frist asked her to hand over her money and valuables ,when she resisted ,tried to attack her with a rock . The assailant santched her Mobile phone escaped .
She surtained injuries on her hed and near her eye and was taked to a private hospital .
